🚚 Delivery

• Delivery is available within Kuwait only.
• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate.

• If the delivery driver is unable to reach the customer or the provided address, the customer may be contacted to arrange the delivery.

• Due to the nature of food products, minor differences in appearance or decoration may occur compared to the displayed images, while maintaining the quality and contents of the product.
• Some products may have limited availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we may contact the customer when necessary.

💳 Payment

• Payment must be completed through the available payment methods on the store.
• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• As our products consist of food, chocolates, and sweets, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted after delivery, except in cases where the order is incorrect or there is a clear issue with the product.
